Roots Records Intentional Mistreatful Customer Service Practices Toward {Potential} Black {Male} Patrons Columbus Ohio

Many of the reports that you will read about regarding my posted ripoff reports will pertain mainly in part regarding businesses & their services that I have tried to patronize throughout columbus, [as a minority male] and suburban neighborhoods therein... In this case, they are not ones that would really avouch for your attention, if you are not a resident of columbus, [ohio] whom would be a patron of the many businesses of the SHORT NORTH I post of..... This first report that I write about is this company, Roots Records....
Though I am uncertain as to the length of time that they have been in business, I can [truthfully] say, that in the times that that I have tried to patronize this business, and buy merchandise in this store, they are not very customer service friendly, when you are black male patronizing them.... On duty, there is usually a white male, [sporting BLONDE DREADLOCKS, need I say] whom seems to be very ignorant, even apathetic in his mannerisms, when you try & approach him, regarding your trying to ask him questions & even assistance with what it is that your looking for, in this multi music formatted store..... He has a flagrant & apathetic disregard in ignoring you when your a black male customer shopping in the store, as you standing before him at the counter.... Intentionally, he makes the valid choice to ignore you in the multiple ways that he does, either reading, turning his head away, or looking down on the floor, as approach or stand at the [sales] counter, waiitng kindly, for his assistance in your being helped, which being a black male customer, you will NOT, receive....... When he does decide to help you, [being a black male customer] his attitude is lacking in being politeness, and talks to you, in a curt, sarcastic, arrogant, swift like fashion.....
Starring you down in a challenging way, as if to provoke you into a [hostile] reply, to take furhter actions of calling the police, but first inciting you into anger, before his doing so... I have tried on numerous occassions to e-mail, and even try, and call to speak with the owner, {a CARL NUMAN} about the kind of service that I have gotten from this individual, but to no avail: He does not reply to your complains, via, email, or by phone: Instead, he allows this a*s to do all of the "dirty work" for him, as he seems to know as to what is transpiring in the store toward his [potential] black males customers, and condones the action that this idiot take..... Only to later answer through attornies of complains of customer services abuse in his stoe when you are a black male, making every concievable excuse as to what he did not answer the complaints filed aginst him, or the the "a typical" excuse of what you were being mistreated as a potential buying black male customer in the store..... White males, white females, & females of all races & colors will not experience this problem, as there are "allowences" for them being favored in their shopping there.... A true experiment in terror patronizing this business when you are a black male, & of which are experiences a black male should not have to endure...... I would warn any black male that lives in or outside that area, to not patronize this store and go else where for your vinyl video, and c.d. needs, , as you will experience the untmost in bad customer services from the owner & person on duty there.. Go elsewhere, not this place... I am warning you...
