I purchased a shirt and a piece of jewellery from Rosegal. After waiting for three weeks I emailed them to enquire as to whether it has been dispatched. They told me that it had been and to wait a little longer or contact the post office.

another week passed - needless to say my items never arrived. i have have yet to be sent a replacement or a refund. They have delaying the outcome of my complaint and have now said that they will "compensate me" if my items do not arrive before the end of the month... i am not going to hold my breath! they have alreayd managed to drag out a simple purchase for three months!
