Purchased a wig from Rose Gal, online. Payed $32 for it. Every item states that delivery is within 5-7 days. When contacted via customer service ticket, an auto eMail is returned, stating that the order will take 25 days.
The overseas phone # has a full mailbox, cannot accept messages. Live chat is never available.
Once I belatedly began researcing the company, a well-known company, says that Rose Gal is stealing their pictures and posting them as items they're selling.
I paid via PayPal, and will pursue refund through them.

Never Again.
