These guys have a scam going on which we fell right into.  First, they represent themselves that they have huge capital to invest into projects that create jobs.  Melvin Lattney is the ring leader out of London:  en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mel_Lattany  Then there is Karen Bass and Mike Blackwell that are getting the clients.  When they turn it over to Melvin Sanders to profile the right target they keep Melvin Lattney at a distance.  They try to legitimize themselves with an attorney Brian J. Hughes.  They put together non-recourse loan documents together which sounds great then they ask you for 10% down.  We put in 10% $380,000.  I personally put $170,000 of my company money in it.  A year passed by and they said the funds are on the way. They should have come in 30 days after signing the loan documents.  Using every delay as possible.  One of the other investors of the 10% down wanted his money back and he got it as he was screaming at them to get back.  When I asked next they told me to screw myself.  I called the FBI which they have an open investigation on them.  I called the DA and the attorney grievance division them as well.  We are filing for a Civil lawsuit now.  SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THESE SCAM ARTIST!!
