Rosenthal and Srein Carol Clark Harassment and Threating Unethecial means to collect Atlanta, Georgia

After months and months of Rosenthal and Stein making harassing phone calls to my home they resorted to another tactic.    Ms Carol Clark on Dec 21st, 2011 contacted  a step daughter of my ex-husband on her business phone.  It was between 8a - 5p.  The law is that no bill collector is allowed to call a business phone for the purpose of collecting a debt.   Ms Carter spoke to my ex husbands 3rd wife's daughter.  She is ABSOLUTELY no relation to me.  The step daughter was very upset by the threats. Ms Clark was demanding all my personal background and information about me.  Ms. Carter also indicated that the step daughter of my ex she would be implicated if she did not give out personal info about me. This is also illegal.  This debt was also included in my bankruptacy in 2008.  They had 90 days to respond and contest the bankruptacy.  They did not respond.

On Dec 29th,I spoke to MS Carter she vehemently denied these questions were asked. I am going to contact the Attorney General for the State of Georgia concerning these practices. How they use unscrupulous tactics to obtain phone numbers and personal info.

This debt is over 5 years old and according to their website they are brokerage firm that purchases old debts and then tries to collect on them. I suggested they immediately stop these harassing

calls and asking questions about my personal background. I will contact my attorney if any calls of this nature happens again.  They may want their collectors go over the handbook on what is legal and what if illegal..I feel Ms Carter definitely stepped over the line.
