I had a 350.00 payday loan with interest its 476.00. Rossenthal,Stein & Assoc is asking for 1500.00 but would settle for 1200.00.They are a collection agency but made me believed they were an attorney. I borrowed 350.00 from Apple Fast Cash Personal Loan on 11/09/2007 with interest it comes to 476.00.I refinanced paying only the interest until I lost my job I stopped paying anything.

I got a call from Agent March from Rosenthal, Stein asking for 1500.00 but would settle for 1200.00 which I think is too extreme. I told him I didn't have 1200.00 he asked me if I could I borrow it. I told him no. When I offered to pay 100.00 a month he told me that was not acceptable but that is what I've been paying them. I asked for a statement he told me I would get a statement after I've paid the 1500.00. I asked for a fax number and address he told me to just call him at 1-800-818-1790 x 4012. He would not give me any information I had to Google them to get the information off of the internet.

He would only accept debit cards so I purchased a Green Dot Card and so far I have paid them 458.25 and every two I put 50.00 on the card and call him to tell him the money is on the card. I even have to pay the precessing fee for them to take the money off of the debit card. I am paying them and I am still getting calls from Agent Hall telling me a claim has been filed against me and to call their office before 4pm.I am paying them and I'm still being harassed. I believe $500.00 is an reasonable settlement.
