Rosenthal, Stein & Associates Dead Beat Collection Agency , Internet

I get a call from this number saying they have a "case" pending in thier office and I need to call them right away and give a verbal statement or my case will be prosecuted for fraud. Call is from Rosenthal, Stein and Associates. It is a collection agency and I have called them back once. I kept asking the "agent" if this was a collection agency and he said "no!, this is an attorneys office". I said well then this is not an attempt to collect a debt and he said "no". The way these people opperate is completely illegal so I told them the only verbal statement they were going to get from me was "GO TO HELL" and they hung up on me. It is very hard to get a word in edgewise with these people. They try to talk over you and wont let you ask pertinent questions.
