Rosethal Stein & Associates Hoffman Swartz & Associates Tried to make me a pay a loan I didn't owe Atlanta, Georgia

I was contacted by an Agent Thomas from Rosenthal Stein & Associates saying that I owed money on a payday loan from 2005. I have not received any letters from the payday loan company saying I owe them money. Agent Thomas told me I had to pay him that day with a credit card or bank account info or they were going to sue me for fruad. My fianc was listening in and told me not to give them any info like that. They hung up immediately. She went in to work the next day and began checking and found the only info listed for them was their own website. When she checked that out she noticed in the write up on their homepage when they did their cut and paste they forgot to take out their old company name of Hoffman Swartz and Associates. She pulled the address and did a Google search and called the business listed with that address they have never heard of this collections company. She called other neighboring businesses they have never heard of it or seen it. They are running a scam. Please do not give them any information. The old company bought people's info from the payday loan companies now they're trying to get you.
