Rotella Capital Lies during testimony in a court proceeding-Fraudulent claims of Value-Liar-Thief-Crook Bellevue Washington

Robert Rotella operates Rotella Captial Mangagement... Do not trust Robert Rotella he has gotten filthy rich off of his clients in only a short time. I observed his sister Rose allow other people to listen in on conference calls without introducing themselves..if yoiu call in to that company be aware others may be listening in un announced! 

Robert Rotella paid me 10,000 for Trade Secrets of a competitor in another venture he is involved in Natural Wonders Gallery AKA Sense of Wonder Gallery .... I dare him to sue me over this I have a mountain of evidence that I am telling the truth....I will prove it in court!

Robert Rotella engaged me in a business deal and during the process I observed him lie to palintiff parties and aI assume the Judge in the case as well Peter Lik sued him for hiring Tony Carnevale while Canevale was still under contract. I can tell you Rotella has a keen interest in aquiring Peter Lik Trade secrets by any means necessarry to get an advantage in the market place... His Partner Robert Park threatened to put me in the hospital and Rose Rotella had the unbelieveable nerve to tell me in writing she did not have time to mediate disuputes between service providers and their partners! 

For the record I provided Rotella with the lease at 465  West Broadway and he was adamant that I provide volumes of  Peter LIk Trade Secrets including Lik Marketing Strategies....Lik Revenue figures of his galleries....sales figures...lease information...sales figures of all of Lik stores....best selling Lik items...etc...etc..etc....all in an effort to gain an unfair advantage in the market place..

This man in my opinion lied to the judge in a lawsuit...manipulated the facts and the truth...and it does not get any lower than that.....

Their are other firms out there..RUN RUN RUN from this man...he is a crook and a liar....I flew 160000 miles servicing him in a deal and he went behind my back...got the lease to 465 West Broadway NY in his hand before settling his business with me against my will ...and has soon as he had the lease in his hand he broke every convenant I had them agree to in a verbal contract.....

Do not Trust Robert Rotella he will lie to you....read every word of your agreements and know that he will lie to your face and agree over dinner or on the phone to your concerns and after you get burned they will telll you a completely different story....

BEWARE! He lied to me.....a plaintiff in a lawsuit.....I assume the Judge and Attorneys as well and he will lie to you!
