If you are disabled and filing for Social Security disability benefits, DO NOT hire the Rothstein and Shiffman Firm!  They will put very little effort in to your case.  You will not meet your representative until only moments before your case goes before the Judge.  Your representative will be unprepared and with a straight face tell the Judge that they want the Judge to gather the evidence needed to prove your case.  They do that in every case, claiming they cannot afford to gather evidence to prove your case.  

The Judge will have heard that your representative from the Rothstein and Shiffman Firm make that request numerous times previously, and the Judge will remind your representative that it is your burden to prove you are disabiled; and that includes submitting medical records and other evidence.  A representative's most important job is to gather your medical records. The Rothstein and Shiffman Firm is the only firm in the US that thinks they do not have to gather evidence for their clients.  The Judge will also remind your representative that under federal regulations ALL evidence must be submitted no less than 6 days before your hearing date.  The record closes 6 days before your hearing date.  In other words, by the time you appear before the Judge with these Clowns from the Rothstein and Shiffman Firm, it is TOO LATE to submit evidence of your disability and YOU LOSE your case.  

I have no idea how these clowns stay in busness or keep their license to practice law.  I gues none of their clients bother to file a complaint against them with the Florida BAR.

Do yourself a favor and hire a local lawyer in your area to represent you.  Call any lawyer in your area and ask if they would gather the evidence to prove your case, and they will all respond that of course they with gather the evidence for you.  That is their job.
