I ordered 2 dresses from Rotita.com.  They quickly charged my charge card but never gave me any tracking information.  I did this on February 26, 2018.  To date, no one from Rotita has contacted me with any tracking information.  i believe they are scammers and I was hookwinkied and bamboozled.  They send autp reply emails telling me my delivery address does not match my billing address.  Personally that is my choice.  I wanted my items delivered to my job because that's where i am during the day and I feel more safer getting them delivered there. 

In these auto-emails they tell me I need to complete a "ticket" and then someone will get back with me.  Here's the hook of the scam.  Everytime I try to complete the so-called "ticket' I get an auto reply back that says "your email address is invalid".  I try over and over...for days to try to get through to complete a ticket.  To date (3/1/18) I have been unable to complete a ticket nor has anyone from Rotita reached out to assist me.  Here's the kicker!  If I don't complete a ticket within 15 days they keep the money.  What on earth?! 

I don't want to order anything else from these professional scam artist!!!  Tell me how can my email be invalid when you (Rotita) are emailing me at the so-called invalid email?  How stupid can they be?  Dumb criminals!  For days I keep trying to email them but all I get is an auto reply email saying do a ticket.  After about the 15th time of trying I gave up and realized I was scammed out of $65.35.  I am shocked that I fell for this but they were so clever and slick that I missed it!  I don't know what to do to get my money back.  They do not provide any phone number or contact information.  My goal now it to expose this den of thieves and prevent any other person from becoming a victim of this criminal empire!  I have truly been Shanghaied!!!!

I wish I had read reviews of this ratchet company before I became its millioneth victim.  Exposing these type of lying, thieving scumbabs is important.  I hope i have saved some other unsuspecting hard working individual from this type of retail abuse!!!!

I gotta say, I am pleased that my voice was heard and all is well.  I was contacted by a rep from Rotita regarding my order #W1802270355476780 via email.  I explained that unless I get some action I will be lodging an investigation on Rotit's business practices.  Well, i can say that on this day, March 12, 2018 I received the above mentioned order.  Yes!  In tact and as it appeared in the internet ad.  Will I order again from these company?  Probably not!  I take no pleasure in threatenting a company to do the right thing and quit fleecing america!!!  I don't want to have to keep going throught this.  I think I will get my butt in my car and go shop for my items in person!
