I was quoted one price on the phone, and I agreed so they sent a service tech out. Sinse this was a mobile home park I told him to see the park manager to find out what unit to go to for the service. I had told her to show him the problem (clogged drain line), and to have him call me.  He had her sign his work authorization form, even though she does not read or speak English very well.  He knew that she did not know what she was signing, and that she was not authorizied to do so.

He then did do the service on the problem.  Never called me once. Took about 4 hours, and then demanded $550.00 cash or he said he would call the police on the woman. She was so frightened that she paid him.

So what we have was one price over the phone, $150-$190 quoted, then a total of $550.00.

Definate rip off, and just a lousy way to trat someone.
