Roundpoint Mortgage Worst Customer Service - Loss Draft Processing Charlotte North Carolina

Our insurance company sent us the check after a couple of weeks, but had our Mortgage Company as a joint payee (even though we had already paid for the repairs).  We have been waiting almost a month for our insurance check to be returned to us (with several attempts to contact them) from Roundpoint Mortgage.  The loss check was a straight forward process, as we had already paid the contractor for repairs.  The check was repeatedly stalled from being endorsed and returned to us.  This is the worst customer service experience that I have endured with any company.

Do not use Roundpoint Mortgage unless you want to pay for missinformation and poor service.
