Rova Enterprises stole my money Texas

i ordered sample sizes of an eye serum and a face cream, paid the asking price for these trial samples.  and just saw that I was charged $89.03 as I supposedly agreed to their terms.  when i initially placed the order on line, i carefully looked at all their language and saw absolutely nothing to indicate there would be future charges.  I called them today, Rova Enterprises, and spoke to Greg, agent 143, who told me I agreed to their terms when I placed my original order.  i told him I did not and he could not produce any document showing that I did.  This is a bait and switch deal, supposedly sponsored by Joy Behar, companies like this should not be allowed to rip people off in this manner.  I feel helpless to protect myself.
