Rock Earle operates a series of companies in Casa Grande Arizona know as the ROX! Group.
These include:
Coldwell Banker Rox Realty
Golden Corridor ROX Magazine
Smart Shopper
ROX Travel
Rox Media and others.
Rock Earle is a modern day pirate. If he likes your business, he will likely try to work closely with you, invest some sort of money in it and then slowly completely take you over. If you decide to not want to be taken over, he will hire attorneys to sue or threaten to sue you and eventually out spend you in legal fees until you give up. This is his sad way of infecting Casa Grande with ROX.
Rock Earle is very good at doing this and he is a danger to virtually any business in Casa Grande. How do you think he has all of the before mentioned businesses? Hard work? No. Good attorneys? Yes
Coldwell Bankers old owner was forced out of managing the real estate company after Rock Earle offered to pay the mortgage for a few months. Rock Earle now owns this Coldwell Banker and even branded it with his typical "Rox" insignia.
Who's business will Rock Earle set his sights on next???

I am one of 3 partners at Coldwell Banker ROX Realty in Casa Grande. It is shameful that someone can make an online statement and have it be completely fabricated and without one bit of truth or merit. So let me set the record straight regarding the sale of Coldwell Banker in 2012, it was a "merger" in which 3 companies opted to merge together. The "seller" was not some unknowing uninformed victim of Rock Earle or ROXCO.
The seller was a savvy well respected Broker, who is still working at Coldwell Banker! The seller did not receive "a few months rent", and while the details of the sale are bound by confidentiality, suffice it to say that the seller is making more money today they were in 2012, and they quiet happy and content to be affiliated with the same great brand.
So to who ever this "concerned" consumer is....likely a competitor OR a vendor who is upset about the success of our great company; good luck on trying to paint this as the truth, I think freedom of speech should be tempered with, Thou Shalt Not Lie!
We are solid, ethical and well respected in our industry and rely on our community's knowledge of our reputation as being honest and fair to all. Who ever you are come out from hiding behind fake names and fake email addresses; I invite you to meet with me in person to discuss the "merits" of you statement!
