Roy B Ellis / Colerain Roofing.
Did not complete roof installation. Did not install roof ridge cap as required by Ohio Building Code . Exposed nails along top of rooof. When called, very hard to contact. When finally contacted, failed to show to inspect his own work. After constant calls, finally appeared. Said he would come the following Saturday. No show/ no call. After contacting him again, he made same promise to appear the next Saturday. No show/ no call. Has been several months. Taking matter to Civil Court and contacted Ohio Attorney General. He fails to resond to Atty General.
Roy Ellis has an extensive criminal record, including felony conviction of theft. This man is a thief and a liar. Stay away from this crook. He did this to an 87 year old woman. He also charged her $250 to paint a small chimney on her house.
