Mr. Parks contacted me by phone saying he needed a specific piece of music for a video he was producing and asked if I could make a CD for him. I agreed. I charged only the fee for my studio time, a paltry $20. When I was out, he picked up the disc from my wife. She didn't know that there was a balance due and he left without paying. Repeated contacts resulted in no payment. Now I see all of this! I'm not surprised.
