Roy Parks III Sapphire Photography Fraud! Bad Photographer!! Michigan

I had Mr. Roy Parks III do my wedding back in July of 2006 under his company name of Sapphire Photography. I paid the balance up front in order to receive a discount. He did show up to my wedding and take the pics but they were horrid. He had given me several different dates in which the pictures would arrive but they never did. Finally I received pictures but 75% or more were not the ones I ordered! They weren't even the right sizes. Not only that but he only gave me about half of the quantity that I was supposed to receive. After emailing several times and getting no where I finally let it go. He had told me he was a crappy photographer and didn't really know what he was doing. He said not to bother taking him to court because he had several people doing that already and that he had nothing left in his name but an alarm clock and nightstand. In 2008 I decided to look him up and it looked as if his photography skills were getting better. I contacted him again via email and his "assistant" responded and said they used a new photo service to print their photos and they would send them out to me after getting Roys approval. Guess what?! That never happened either. Its now 2015 and yes I am still salty. I have no photos from my wedding as they were all garbage and the skin tones were grey so it looked like everyone was dead.

The reason I came across this report is because someone has been posting about his shady services yet again and I couldn't believe my eyes. This guy is still up to no good!! He now goes under Radiance Photography and Video. What a loser!

Looks like he needs to keep changing his name because he is nothing but a scam artist.
