Royal Bank of Canada & Interac E-Transfer SYSTEMS FAILURES E-transfers down for days. Banks sit on your cash and do nothing but make lame excuses. IT staff total idiots. Interac - Royal Bank have loads of excuses why E-Transfer system is broken Toronto Internet

Since October 1, 2013 and still today October 9, 2013 Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal and Interac CA have messages on their websites (online banking) stating that their E-Transfer Money stystem is down. Numerous calls to the banks or the Non-Profit Interac / CGI data systems thei have invested in a met with finger pointing from both sides. All I can say as Top Dog is "Who the Hell did HR Hire to work on the IT Systems" ??? Systems that are "critical" to all banks! I mean its not like the bank is hard up for cash to buy more backup servers, more IT talent, more testing vs: Run IT & Hope for the best. No the bank just throws up a banner on their website, instructs phone droids with the company line and hopes you hangup, then go away.

Is this a real problem? YES. Does the banks poor attention to detail force their clients into a branch costing the client time & money to do things the old style way? YES. Does the bank even care? NO. You are kidding right? How do you think that Gord Nixon got to the top floor of the RBC Royal Bank Building by doing what is right? NO. Mr. Nixon rose through the ranks from Dominion Securities BC and walked over people until he got to the top. The bank pays for tables a political functions in every country as required, even if no one ever turns up. Did you know that the glass in the main headquarters building contains real gold? Yes real gold, worth millions. If you live in Toronto check it out. That is why the place glows on a sunny day.

 

So back to the Interac.ca  banking failures. When systems are deployed they need to be tested and re-tested, then tested again. No worry the bank still has enough of "other people's money" to afford multiple computer systems but, they are like all bank...Crooker -n- Cheap. That is so people like Gord Nixon can stay in the top floor offices and collect millions in bonus money taken off the banks clients. ll the time the PR folks and their spin dry machines are lying their asses off about who is at fault for the down and out computer systems.

What's the problem? Oh are you kidding. We cannot tell you that. No telling the truch would be hard for staff that are used to talking out the side of their mouth.

 

Doug Collins RBC Payments VP has had no public comment on the situation as is the norm. These idiots havbe never learned about Positive - Proactive PR int their entire life inside the Golden Tower on Bay Street. A tower that was paid for by the money from clients they conned into doing business with them.

So who are just some fo the people and companies responsible?

The Royal Bank can promise you one thing when they sign you up for an account.... The Bank will do everything in its power to keep you away from your money. It promises to break you addiction to capital at all costs, sparing no customers expense in doing so. The Royal Bank promises to take ownership of your money this making it YOU d**n Problem not theirs.

Thats all from the top floor offices at 200 Bay Street in Toronto. At the Royal Bank of Canada you are scure to get screwed. If we fail in that Promise my name is not Grod Nixon !
