Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship I got food poisoning and bites by bed bugs. Miami Florida

Royal Caribbean did a very horrible job from A to Z. On the first night of the cruise, I was bitten by bed bugs and on the second day, I got food poisoning. The crew told me that the ship is booked to the max and they don't have any additional room to move us. The front desk manager told me to contact customer service once we arrive home and let them know. I have been calling the 800 number and spoke to the customer service and the corporate customer service but they told me that there's nothing they will do or can do for me. I just want to make my experience public with the hope that no one else will go through what I went through during what was supposed to be a vacation. I paid too much money to Royal Caribbean for the cruise only to get sick and miserable.
