On 4/5/07, my wife received a letter from the Royal Foundation Lotto. This letter stated:

Partipicants were selected via a computer ballot draw from 1,500,000 names drawn from Europe, Asia and North America. Your name attached to coupon number xxx-xxxxx with serail number xxx-xxx drew the lucky numbers of xx-xx-xx-xx-xx which subsequently won the lottery in the third catagory. You have therefore been approved for the lump sum of $120,000.00 usd. This is from a total cash prize of $3,500,000.00 usd shared among (eighteen) international winners in different catergories, This is an annual competition organised since the New Millennium in our nobel drive to go global.
A sponsor's check of $2,999.50 is enclosed to assist you finance your international clearance fees of $2,845.00. Your clearance fees should be forwarded to our designated North American Agent.
