Royal Holiday - Concord Servicing Corporation RH told us they would buy back our years of the contract if we wished. It was explained to us numerous times that we could sell year 30 to RH and they would put a check for $1000 in our hands. According to the snaky salesman we could do this yr after yr if we choose. They would in turn just turn it around and sell it to another time share. What a lie! Scottsdale Arizona

We purchased a RH contract in 2005, we were not told of the 5 day period in which we could have revoked our contract, nor did we receive the paperwork to this effect. If only we had as we had "buyers remorse" after the purchase.

Stupidly we were sucked in again by this bottom feeder company and upgraded our contract. This gave us an additional 5000 pts/yr as well as unlimited use of many resort areas with as many people as we wanted for the next five years. At that time I was still under the impression that we could save our points from year to year as this is what we were told when we first purchased this disgusting contract in 2005. I have since found this to be one of their many lies.

I tried to book a vacation on-line w/i the first couple of months of this upgrade but could not find any availibility weeks open.

A couple of months ago I called RH to make a reservation in Cancun at one of the resorts that we had "unlimited" use of for the next 5 years. However out of the 5 or 6 resorts included in our contract only 2 were available as RH was in some type of negotiation with these other resorts. I asked what they would be replacing these resorts with however was told I would just have to choose somewhere else. Long story short I ended up making a reservaton at a resort that had nothing to do with RH and frankly the cost is less that if we were using our "unlimited" use resorts offered by RH. With the cost of airfare and the all inclusive fee the deal isn't such a deal anymore. Especially on top of the purchase price and maintenance fees (which have already gone up).

We had also been told several times during our meeting with the snaky saleperson when we upgrated that we could sell yr 30 and so on back to RH and receive $1000 US (for each yr). They in turn would sell it to someone else. I asked many detailed questions about this so didn't imagine this. When I asked the RH rep about this (when trying to get a reservation) I was told there was no option for this. I looked through our contract as I had to specifically ask them (several times) to include this in our contract while we were signing papers. They finally did after calling the salesperson in. However funny that these particular papers never made it to our copies we received. The RH rep I was on the phone with told me to call the hotel in Mexico where we purchased the upgrade and talk to the saleman. Like I have his name or he is going to admit to this blatant lie.

I just want our money back, this wonderful deal does nothing but put money into RH pockets. They don't give a rip about customer service and will go to many lengths to get their money as well I know, they raided our checking acct for money (they were supposed to send a bill but never did, just took it out of our checking acct and then when not enough to cover they charged our credit card) I tried to contest this through the bank and cc but because we had a signed contract and we ONCE gave access to our accts they apparently can do so anytime they want. Scary, we of course canceled the cc.

Sorry this is so long but I could go on and on, again we just want our money back, RH as probably received well over $25000, we might as well as had a bonfire, at least then we might have had some fun.
