My husband and i along with my son travelled for he first time to Mexico. In our hotel we were offered a complimentary brunch at the hyatt. while there we were told about a travel timeshare we could own and we were offered 2 free trips and stays at upscale hotels. They said we would pay the initial fees then after that we would obtain our free trips and discounted air fare cruises you name it. Well we got nothing...after paying thousands of dollars there were no cruises trips in fact we were told we do not qualify for anything!!! We stopped paying the monthly amount which became larger with more fees and got harassing nasty phone calls then now that has turned into 2 collection agencies saying we owe 16,000 dollars which is not true. They have ruined our credit to the point we are trying to buy a house and it shows up on the credit report that we owe Royal Holiday and 2 collection agencies. We need help ending this nighmare. They are true con artists!!!

Royal Holiday is one of the most fraudulent resorts, i fell into their lies a few years ago and when i was doing a research about this company i saw a lot of
people posting their horrible reviews against them, it helped me to open my eyes and see the reality of this Resort.
