Royal Model Management ripoff They would not pay me my money They were supposed to pay from 30-90 days and it has been 120 They use excuses as to why I havent been paid Chicago Illinois

Royal Model Management is evil! I called her within 95 days and aske why I have not received my check for $500.00 for my job that I did. Well, she used excuses. She claimed that she was faxing the invoice to the client.Excuse me, but she's just now faxing it after 95 days. She said she would call to keep me updated on my check. did she call? no

I finally called within 120 days as to when I never received my paycheck and she used more excuses. She claimed that the client was unhappy with me. and that on the second day my clothes were wrinkly. First of all the client said he wanted me to do other jobs for him, and he wanted me to meet his son. so.. I'm pretty sure he liked me. I have done alot of jobs before(not thorugh Royal) and have never received one complaint.She told me that she was losing money over this?? Then she said I was 10 minutes late. I told her I was because I was.. It was my first time ever in Chicago and I couldnt find parking.SHe told me she was re-faxing a new invoice. which was kinda strange to me. 120 days later she said shes re-faxing one. I agreed to what she said. Then I decided ok this is just not fair, I dont want her to take advantage of me and assume that I'm some dumb blonde. When, I'm not .. I'm a smart blonde who lives in Michigan and goes to med school. The I talked to an atorney. I called her back and told her that if I dont get my money by the end of the week I will take her to court and sue her. SHe then told me she will disband me from the agency since her client wasn't happy and then send my paycheck.

So, she said she'd disband me after I said that I would sue her if she didn't give me my paycheck.. hmmm.. I'm sorry but I dont work for free. First of all if a client isn't happy they infrom the agent and they find a new model. It just so happened that when I was supposed to get paid the client wasn't happy. That doesn't make sense. Paige was trying to rip me off and take my money, now I know what she meant by "losing money over this." If I dont get a paycheck I'm going to sue her. She is a shady, greedy lady. I'm warning all of you about her!
