Royal Palm Vacations terrible service Clearwater Florida

Been trying to set up a week vacation for 2 months now, just to get the run around. Listed Reno, NV as a possible location, did receive a response but once I went to Trip Advisor to read about the 2 choices I found out that they were nothing but hotels I could have booked myself. Dumps at that!

I am tired of paying for a service that is of no value! Why isn't there anyone out there willing to help all of us from spending anymore money on something we will never receive?

Yes, we are at fault for siging up for this scam. Shame on us.

My wife and I have followed all there rules, submitted request well in advance. Each time I call they tell me nothing is available but they are still looking. How the heck can this be? I have booked many vacations before in advance. Sad thing is that they can't even provide a detailed list of resorts, just locations.
