Royal Side Paving Paved driveway one year ago. It is cracking in several places. They promise to repair it but never show up. Toronto, Ontario Canada

On Sept.26/09 I had my driveway paved by Royal Side Paving of Toronto Ont. The contract said 18 ft wide but they only paved 15 feet wide .I stopped payment on my cheque until they came back and added an additional 3 feet. Over the past year the pavement has cracked in several places and there are also dips in the pavement. I phoned the company five times to date and sometimes they return my calls and some times they don't. They keep promising to repair it but never show up and each time I call they ask for the same information (my name, location,the problem). I would recommend anyone considering getting any paving work done to avoid this company as they do inferior work and have no intention of fixing there mistakes. They basically take the money and run.
