Going through the commmunity gate the gate closed on my SUV causing $300 Worth of damage . I reported the incident to the manager and she said they weren't responsible. I asked how could that be. The gate just closed on my SUV. I call the Main office and the area manager said that the office manager told her the gate was opened and it is my word against hers and because there aren't any cameras to tell wether or not the gate was closed they  weren't responsable.  Totlal bull I told the community manager the day it happened that the gate was closed and I had to open it. The gate is on a time that opens around 8:00am I went through at around 7:25 I was taking my granddaughter to the bus stop which is in front of the apartment complex.
