letter was postmarked from Canada and had the additional address of 800 Queen Street, Midland ON N7J 4B3, Canada; Contact Frank Webber 1-647-219-4582. Also had the name Mrs Debra Parker, Promotion/Claim Manager on it.

The letter was addressed to "Dear Winner" and had the corporate header of Royal Zenith, Inc (royalzenith.com has nothing on it but an email link) and informed me that I had won $150,000 from the National Lotto Co-operation Sweepstakes Lottery, Shopping Award in conjunction with the Consumers and Hotel Review promotion held 2009-01-17, and that "many unsuccessful attempts to contact [me] regarding this winning [sic] have been made".

A check for $4979.58 to pay government taxes and fees was enclosed, but a tax amount of $2998.00 was requested to be paid by either Western Union or Moneygram. The enclosed check had the following bank info:

The check did include basic secutity features. I'm pretty sure it's a fraud, but I will be double checking this with my bank .
