R&P Management Company, Naples, FL My Management Company is suing me for fees they say are unpaid, when they are paid and I have proof Naples, Florida

I own a coondo in Reflection Lakes, Naples Florida.  I pay my mortgage every month as well as my condo fees.  The property management comany states that I own them fees, I sent them proof that for the last 4 years I have been up to date.  The property management comapny had been switched and some of their accounting records were missing.  My proof was ignored so I contcated an attorney, after they sued me and say they served me which they did not.  They are not answering my attorney's demands. Now they say that I did not pay a special assessment which had nothing to do with the law suit they ensued and was two years after the fact. 

They are deplorable and are making owners lose their homes by putting liens on them.  Not to mention that my original dispute of $1200.00 is now over $10,000.00 for the fact that they are charging $25.00 per day for late fees.  They need to be stopped, they are ruining the development.  Reflection Lakes should be ashamed of themselves for hiring this company.  They only thing they are accomplishing is chasing people away.  I now have to spend more money, I want to go to court and that is unheard of inFlorida.  The courts should realize what this management company is doing. If I didn't have my payment records I wouldn't even bother, BUT I AM RIGHT....Please let other people aware of this company R&P Managment.
