RPM BODY SHOP PINOCHET SENT MY SON'S CAR FOR CORRECT A POOR WORK IN PAINTING, AND THE CAR WAS USED FOR THEIR PERSONAL USE kISSIMMEE Florida

My son asked me to take his already painted car by RPM to correct a poor paint work.  They hold the car for almost 3 weeks and return it without gas cap, broken mirror, with belongings such as a cap, that does not belong to my son, gas cap missing.  Also, with loose cables, etc.  They start with a quote of $600, and finish with $802.  I called the Kissimmee Police Dept. and they told me that it was not vandalism because my life was not in danger!!!!  The officer told me that it looks that somebody used the car.  We suspect it, but we dont have evidence.  About three weeks later came  a letter billing for two  toll violations on the car that was supposed to be in the paint shop those days. One at 11:00 PM one day and the other in another day.  My car was used for hanging in Orlando without my permission.  Do you imagine an accident, a criminal offense, etc. using the car.  The same week the car was pick up the clutch was damage.  My son paid  $600 for repair.  It seems that they were speeding with the car.  I advised everybody that when you take your car to repair please, write the milleage at the begining and when the car is returned. Now they said that the car was already damaged!!! Also, they operate as a dealer, selling cars, I dont know if they are authorize for that, but in their website they advertise cars.    This people disrespect customers using the private property of their customers.  Now you will be sure they will pay the tolls, but will continue using customer's car. THE BILL WAS PAID IN FULL CASH BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.
