I deposited $5800.00 into Dave Jernigan/RPM-Co Bank of America bank account on 10/26/2011 to pay in full for a dump trailer he was to build. Several attempts to get ahold of Dave has only resulted in lame and unbelievable excuses. I warn anyone and everyone not to do business with this guy. He lies and leads you on and does not deliver product. 3 delivery dates promised and 3 delivery dates gone without a trailer.....
