This company does not tell you a portion of your Security deposit is a fee and not refundable,
They make you pay rent via tenant portal charging a fee for doing so. They provide no other means of paying rent. They charge excessive fees for moving out evenif you clean it or pay a company to clean it. THEY CHANRGE CHARGE and CHARGE fee after fee. When you renew your lease they charge a 95.00 fee. If you go month to month they charge a fee. They do not make proper repairs. They are IMPOSSIBLE to reach. I even have emails showing they LIED to me about fees. I have contacted the Ohio AG and BBB. Oh and btw they claim only a small % complain. What they do not tell you is that EVERY complaint is verified to be true.
