I ordered a Diablosport from these idiots back in 2007, and I also ordered a laptop cable. They never indicated that the $40 cable wasn;t in stock, I found that out when I received the device with a statement that said the cable was backorered, but they still charged my credit card.
I've called several times, faxed my invoice, gotten chewed out on the phone by one or more of the chicks tha tanswer the phone down there...even filed a complaint with the BBB in Houston and the State's Attorney General...NOTHING!
Been three years and I;m still waiting for either the cable or a refund of my money...they even state on their website that they give a discount to GIs...nothing...Don't buy anything form theise guys, once they get your money you're screwed if they send you the wrong item or it's defective!!!
