RSP Group representing CashNet payday loan Internet

I have been periodically contactedd by this compay calling themselves the RSP Group stating that they are representing CashNet USA a payday loan company. The first contact was via my fiance' phone stating that the number was listed as a contact number in 2009 when the number he has was activated in 2011 by Cricket....hmmm. The individual (female) on the phone kept harrassing him and finding it humoursous that he was getting irritated with constantly telling them to stop calling him only to reply, "I'll call all I want." Today I was contacted by them and they too had all my information however the information did not match the timeframes of when the accounts were in use which concludes they were phishing for information on me on the internet. Just five minutes ago I was contacted by them and did not take the call due to speaking with Consumer Protection Services that informed me that  until I receive official documents from this company I can file a complaint.
