We had mold in our apartment we asked them to check it out, that never happened ,we paid for a mold test they found a high content of mold. RST sent "THEIR" mold inspectors that did a mold inspection in totally different areas with the windows open. We reported this to the Board of Health. WE missed several days of work waiting for the vendors to repair what the Board of health ordered. I had lost my job and paid my rent 10 days late. RST filed an eviction against me saying they never received my rent check. Than they said my eviction was on hold and that if the check bounced they were evicting me. The time passed to file a demurrer and they filed a default. They had the Sherrifs dept deliver a notice to vacate in 5 days. I feel like this company just rips people off and gets away with it. Between Craig Tice and Rene the supervisor My son and I have been threatned more than a few times. They asked us to be witnesses to evict another tenant for noise complaints. This never happened either.
