We placed an order for some parts from this company and received an order confirmation and subsequently a confirmation for a charge.

About a week later we got an e-mail stating that the order was canceled citing "suspected fraud".

I attempted to call and e-mail the company several times regarding the matter, but we did not get any response.

This was our first time ordering from this company.

Each time I called we got a pre recorded message asking to call back in an hour.

After a few calls I was able to get through after a 30 minute wait and the person who answered claimed they could not hear us and hung up on us.

I tried to call back a few more times as we were running out of options and eventually a person answered.

I explained that the order was, in fact, real. However the person on the other end seemed uninterested and their tone was rather unfriendly (marginally hostile).

I asked why they felt the order was a fraud and they claimed our shipping address, a UPS store address box, looked wierd or strange to them.

I asked them what made them feel that way about it, they did not elaborate.

We had used a debit card with a one time load for that order and according to the company, RTG parts did NOT credit us and the funds are on hold. The company said there was nothing they could do and RTG parts claimed they released the funds.

We are out about $600 and RTG parts requested further proof of me and my company, which was never outlined in their policy or asked for upon placing an order.

Our department regularly orders from many gun parts suppliers for over 30 years without any problems, we are located in the communist state of California, which as of this writing and to my knowledge has not separated from the United States of America.

Without further funds we decided its best or take our business elsewhere and could this as a loss, I don't know how or what this company is but they do not appear to be in the interest of doing business and I would strongly recommend avoid waisting your time and money with this "company".
