RTS Realty Store Deducted money from my MasrerCard acct w/o my knowledge California

I just recently discovered a company called “RTS Realty Store” has been automatically withdrawing $49.60 each month from my MasterCard account without my knowledge. This has been going on since July 2016!

I had no knowledge this was happening, no idea who “Realty Store“ was, & no idea what I was supposed to be getting for that money.

I tried calling them, but no one answered. Then I wrote a detailed message on their website contact page but received no response. I called again today & talked to someone who couldn’t even find my account at first. He finally located it & said he would cancel the withdrawals today.

I stated I wanted a refund for all those deductions that I had no knowledge of & he said I would have to send them a refund request “to see if I qualify”.

I completed the form & am waiting on a reply; however, since the amount they owe me is $843, I question whether I will get it.
