Rubin and Yates Company tellling me I owe 2 payday loans and send me a email with settlement with one company name Depew New York

They told me they were filing a complaint next week against me because I had owed 2 payday loans.  I told the guy that this was a scam and he was very sincered and advised that it was not and they if I did not pay or enter into a arrangement today that they would be filing a complaint against me next week.   I told this gentlmen on the phone that I knew nothing of these companies, never received a piece of postal mail or email stating that I owed any bills.   I just keep receiving these phone calls. He advised me of my Social Security number, my banking information, where I worked and my home mailing address.

I advised him that I would settle for $500.00 for both loans and he said he would check with his Supervisor and send me a email and contact me back.   He sent the email and then contacted me and I refused to answer the phone.  I sent him a email back and advised him that I would contact my bank and see if I had any funds deposited into my account around the dates he advised me. But, he continued to call another 2 times and I just continued to ignore the phone.

i started doing research and find out that I believe this really is a scam. Wish these scam people would just go away!!!
