I have been paying $25.00 per month for the past two years which the civil court judge approved in court in march of 2007. The payments are debited from my checking account every month. Recently, I change banks callrd their office and gave them the new banking information. Everything was ok until today April 2, 2007 when I found out through the very nasty mr. Ferrero that my payment for March did not clear. i was willing to pay the money with my debit card and he said I defaulted and "It is what it is" and you default a court agreement and there are no more deals to work out. i tried to explain that I was unaware of the transaction that did not go through and he started talking real loud and he literally drowned me out.

I was so frustrated and shocked that although the payments I made were in good faith he just simply didn't care as long as he did his job and which is to overwhelm a consumer like me.

What an ignorant person he is. I left a message for his supervisor and I will continue to call that office to make sure he is reported. In court if my meory serves me right the judge said my balance was $900.00 and it would be paid ay 25.00 per month until paid. Today I was told by that my balance was $1,048.00.
