Rubin & Rothman,LLC no judgement found, untruthful Islandia New York

here is an update on my problems with Rubin & rothman, I went to my local country office to see if there really was a judgement against, the country clerk told me there is no judgement on file so why did they rubin & rothman send me a paper that states that there is? I also did close my checking account as well as stop my pay checks from automatically going into my checking account I share with my Daughter. the bank also told me that there is no order there as well however I felt until I can clear this up it would be best for me to get my money the old fashion way for now. can anybody tell me if this is legal for Rubin & Rothman,LLC, to do?
