Ruby Slots Casino Won't pay up after you win. Internet

Recieved a letter with a players reward card saying I had one hundred dollars cash to play at one of there affiliate casinos wich was planet seven casino and ruby slots casino. I went to ruby slots casino and claimed a no max withdraw and no playthrough bonus of 390%. 

After winning and winning I had accumaleted nearly 800.00 dollars. I went to cash out and that is when they told me that the players reward card was a free chip with a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus and deposit. Which totaled 11,750.00 dollars. Well I canceled my withdrawl request and continued to play. 

Kept on winning and winning and then loosing and then winning. Asked them what my playthrough total was and that is when they said I supposedly created an account clear back in 09 and had used a free chip. Which is funny since I had never even heard of this casino before getting the letter. They continued to say that cause I  had created this account that I couldn't withdraw any of my winnings.

Its funny how none of this was said the day before  when I checked my playthrough twice. And now after I had met the playthrough and it was time to pay up they c**k up some bs story and refuse to pay. Just very frustrating when you are told one thing and then they do the opposite. Classic case of bait and switch here. Everyone stay away as they shouldn't even be allowed online.
