We were lured in with a buy one meal get one free coupon. After our meal I gave the waiter my bank card with the coupon and he gave us a receipt for the full price. He said the discount would come off the total price when it went through the bank. It never happened. I paid full price for a meal that is double priced and actually requires a coupon to be competitive with other restaurants. They actually raised the price to compensate for the coupon. This is a total scam. I should have known something was wrong when we were the only ones in the restaurant at 8:00 on a Friday night. I hope Ruby Tuesdays goes out of business soon if they keep this up.

news-flash lady... you call a manager over... the server clearly f*ked you over... why would you ever believe something like that? that has nothing to do with Ruby Tuesday.
