Rudy Rivas CEO of M. Christopher Custom homes, M. Christopher Custom Pools, M. Christopher Real Estate, Christoper Diversified Services, Christopher Classic Cars and other DBA's has been under investigation by the U.S. Dept. of Labor for non-payment of overtime hours and has been ordered to make restitution with one of its employees thus far.

I would have call BS on the reply Rudy Rivas left. If the US Dept. of Labor would admitted an error. It would not be a phone call. It would be a formal letter. Why isnt that letter posted along with Rudy's comments? Point being I have known Rudy for many years. I would beleive this other guy long before Rudy Rivas. Rudy Rivas spends most of time in the courtroom. Either being Sued by someone, Suing Someone or getting his grown children out of jail for drug possesson and DUI's.
He was even questioned and had to go to court over one of his houses burning down. Not only was M.Christopher investgated by the US dept of labor, His company (which is in his childrens name, Hince the Name Michael, Michelle and Christopher) was also investigated by the FBI and the IRS. I have seen way too much !!!!!!!!!! Being In the subcontractor world M.Christopher has a very bad name and many sub will no longer work for him.
I totally belive this other guy. I"m sure there are others out there who feel the same way. I hope you guys got your back pay !!!!

The Labor Department has contacted us to report there was an error made in their investigation, and apologized. The report was apparently filed by disgruntled employee who offered false information. We accept the apology of the Labor Department. We were advised to request a refund from the employees in question, however decided not to pursue a refund, as it was unlikely we would collect.
