I, unfortunately drank the koolaid and paid Ruesch 22K for a machine they don't have. James kept telling me he would get it done.  He even had me ship my heater to him to install.  Now he just says they are bankrupt, yet he hasn't filed yet.  His character will be judged by others.  I am interested in contacting anyone that has been damaged and anyone that may have started any criminal or civil process.  I am a consumer, not an attorney.  I would like to see us all recover as much as we can with as little additional financial and legal pain possible, which we can do collectively.  My email is:
