RUGS USA RIPPED OFF IN ARIZONA CRANBURY New Jersey

I bought a rug from this company and they never shipped it out. Customer service is really bad and no matter who you speak to they will tell you the warehouse is looking into it or it shipped or it's getting ready to ship even know the tracking number they provide for Fed Ex only ever states that the label has been created to ship the product but the company has never called for them to pick it up. They tell you that no supervisor is ever available and if you demand to hold for one they state that if you don't hang up they will hang up on you. There e-mail and live chat tab does not work and no one ever calls you back. I wish I would have ready all the negative reviews on this company before purchasing. Now I have lost all that money. Please be aware and don't buy ever. I hope they go out of business real soon!
