For starters I’m not one to ever write a review or a report to this extent. I went to a Daymond John event in August 2018 in west palm beach Florida. It was a good event got to take a picture with daymond. We all know when you go to a summit or seminar they will try to sell you sometime. Was excited to meet daymond. Multiple guest speakers there.

One speaker sold us on a 3 day real estate course. Saying that there will be financing through 3000 lenders no credit is needed on our end. Also promised a refund if we didn’t like it. They promised to show us how to use these lenders to make money off brokering a real estate transaction. Again no money needed, list of investors, a list of banks that have foreclosed inventort, Hillary Farr backing it and a refund. Why not??? So I invested in myself and my wife $1297.

They said I was going to be apart of a team. This to me was a no brained investment. Was excited to go to this 3 day educational even which I couldn’t wait for. It was at the west palm beach event dates were Sept 7,8 & 9th 2018. 9-5 pm. Day one Cap the instructor that never gave his real name still don’t know it. We just call him cap ex military guy.

Day 1 all about his wife and his lifestyle. He talked politics and how much trump is doing an amazing job. The whole day. Then through a $43,000 second course after this 3 day event was over this was on DAY 1. Wow... learned nothing that day. Left clueless with no knowledge just having to come up with $43,000 with no education.

They wanted us to use creditnav.com to run a credit report, to get multiple credit cards. To pay for this course. Of course day one wasn’t pushy all I know about caps life’s, I needed 43k and I needed to run my credit to get pre approved for multiple credit cards to pay them. They assigned us to a personal advisor that was to speak strategy. They didn’t give any strategy AT ALL. They are just order takers. Day 2 was about caps life, his high end life style and trump on each or every other hour. How if we’re not 40 years old and don’t have 40k in the bank you need to think twice about life.

I get the point but that’s a insult to most would think especially when your there thinking you were going to get a list of investors, list of foreclosed homes and education to make our life better without having to need or use our credit. We learned how to utilize that concept but nothing was really taught. No secrets or real education on the course. Just learned about some of the concept which I could of YouTube and googled myself.

They said if you have to borrow the money or tap in to equity for a better life you need to come here tomorrow with 43k first thing if you want a better life. Day 3 was the about Caps wife, his 2 dogs, fast cars and mansion. Making everyone that didn’t come with money uncomfortable. I didn’t want to max out my credit cards or sign up for a company that’s just probably going to ask for more money later. The advisor assigned again tried to sell with no advice on strategy just on how your going to pay.

They made us leave early and put us in a group of those that didn’t pay that $43k and they keep trying to sell us by the exit door. They not once mentioned Hillary Farr at all. I called the 800-203- 1402 and told them about me experience and said no refund when it says money back guarantee. So I’m just sharing my experience sure I’m not the only one that feels this way.
