These guys charged us $300 for torsion springs when they actually cost $60 each. When I called to complain I was told that "well, you agreed to our prices so there isn't much I can do for you." I called to ask for an upper manager and was told that he "was out of the office" but that he would leave a message. Yeah right, never heard back from him. I would never do business with these guys again and encourage you to move on.
