Run Local Locksmith Lied about when they'd come, took money off my debit card, demanded further payment. Center Line, Michigan

I called the service at around 1:15 a.m. because I was in the rain and had locked my keys in my car.  They said they'd call a local technician and he would call me shortly.  He did, but he said he was at least 45 minutes away (local locksmith???) so I said forget about it, I'll find someone else.  Representatives then then called me repeatedly, from different numbers, saying someone was on the way, and would call me shortly.  They would call, say someone was on the way, then wait 10 or 15 minutes, call again, and ask me for my address.  Where was he on the way to all this time?  I gave my address at least 3 to 5 times, and he was supposedly on his way forever.  In the mean time, hoping I'd get SOMEONE to help me, I called another service, and they came right over and got me into my car.  I had written off Run Local Locksmith service at this point, especially not having heard from the technician, which they said would call me soon, repeatedly.  Apparently he showed up at 3:00 a.m., almost 2 hours after my original phone call, and I wasn't there, and they have been calling me several times a day demanding I pay for his time and gas to drive there, as a $20 service charge.

I had told them earlier that another locksmith was coming, and at the time they demanded my debit card info since I called multiple companies, and they acted like that was some sort of crime.  I was flustered and a bit mixed up at the time (standing in the cold rain at 2am), and gave it to them (big mistake).  Since then, they have charged me $15 on that card, but have denied doing so, and have repeatedly asked for my card info again so they can charge me the $20 service fee.  Every time they call it's a different representative that refuses to discuss the fact that I was never even informed of any pricing options, much less a mandatory service fee, apparently not dependent on any service rendered.  Again, they deny that they charged me any money, but Chase Bank says otherwise, and so does my bank account balance.  I wish it were true that they hadn't, and I'm certainly not authorizing them to make further charges to my account.  I called to lodge a complaint, and they forwarded me to an answering machine.  I called again, brought up that they have called me repeatedly about a service charge and have already charged my account, and a random representative put me on hold for a while, got back to me, and said they wouldn't call again.  That doesn't change the fact that they stole $15 from me without agreement or warning, and I don't really believe him anyway.  I should have gotten it in writing.
