Be aware of this guy and his "Sasha Contracting" also run other company " Ruscana Building Product" "Sasha Contracting" .....
Do not 'cut corners' ......cut right through......take NO responsibility of work or materials.......ruined many people........including ME and "Immaculate Heart of Mary congregation" of Riverview, NB .....did the roof and see what happened to the Church.......

This person also operates under Ruscana Building Supplies or Ruscana Intertrade. His metal roof leaked (water and snow) within few weeks after installing.
He was give contract to build exterior-walls with Insulating Concrete Form (ICF) and supply material (metal roof and ICF) and he changed the city approved plan to cut corners: used ICF for up to the 1st floor and the top floor was built using usual wood-structure and by doing that he created four attics right on top my 4 bedrooms and thus kills the heat-efficiency of the house for ever!!! None of the rooms have corners with 90 degree; none of the windows are installed according to the ICF manufacturer (ARXX). I have the report from ARXX engineers who inspected the photos and commented that none of the windows are installed correctly and ask me to re-install. Company won't honour warranty. Many people and sub-contractors suffered for him.
I have many reports from engineering firms, building inspectors to documents a long list of flaws and violating building codes.
A complete RIPOFF!!
He usually catches his clients (victims!!) from Greater Moncton Home Show (GMHS) and complains were lodges to GMHS and with Better Business Bureau since three years but surprise to see he is in business !!!
