Rush Truck Center Incompetence and rippoff Greeley Colorado

Went to Rush Truck Center early in 2015.  Filled out repair request for a 2008 Newmar Baystar 2901 motor home.  Water may have filed plugs as engine has an extreme loss of power.  After their diagnostics, Service Manager claimed it needed a new water pump which cost $2,700 parts and labor.  When they replaced the pump the same same problem existed.  They replaced plugs and problem was resolved. While they had the motor home they destroyed two batteries costing $200 to replace.

I paid $2,900 for the batteries and their service and pump while the only needed fix was to replace the spark plugs.  They said the fuel pump needed replacing anyway and would not make any adjustments.  They are incompetent and rippoff service people and they do not listen to their customers.  This repair work should have been adjusted for their error, but they would not help with the cost at all.

I believe there are few if any service centers that would make such an error and not help their customer with the costs related to their service center mistake.

I can remember only one worse customer service experience in my life and that was 40 years ago, lets not go there.
